I am actually quite shocked at the negative reviews here. I worked with Edson and he was one of them responsive reps I have ever worked with on ANY contracting project. The work is pristine, the sub-contractors were responsive to any request, and Edson was always available by phone during business hours and even returned an email over the weekend. There was literally zero complaints during 3 weeks working with us after a flood in our basement required a complete remodel. Very thankful we found this company and Edson in particular. Thanks GFS!

Edson, however, is the absolute best part of GFS. He does not only follow through with what he says he does, he actually went over an above for us! Any project is stressful and problems naturally arise. Ours was no different and even though the issues with ours were no fault of GFS, Edson personally stepped up to help be part of the solution! I wished there were more like him there and everywhere!
